Taste Markets is currently live on Solana Devnet. You can start trading in under a minute.
1. Connect Your Wallet
Click Connect Wallet in the top-right corner. Taste Markets supports any Solana-compatible wallet - Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, and more.
Make sure your wallet is set to Devnet.
2. Claim Testnet USDC
Navigate to the Faucet page. You'll receive 5,000 USDC to trade with. Each wallet can claim once.
You'll be asked to sign a message to verify wallet ownership - this does not cost any SOL or submit a transaction.
3. Place Your First Trade
- Go to Trade and pick a market (e.g., TRUMP, POKEMON)
- Choose Long (betting attention goes up) or Short (betting it goes down)
- Set your collateral amount and leverage (1x-10x)
- Review the estimated entry price and fees, then confirm
Your position will appear in the Positions panel below the chart.
4. Monitor & Close
- Track open positions on the Trade page or the Portfolio page
- Close a position at any time to realize your PnL
- Watch for liquidation - if the price moves far enough against you, your position may be liquidated
Tips for New Traders
- Start with low leverage (2x–5x) while you learn how the markets move
- Attention indexes can be volatile around major news events
- The onboarding tutorial will walk you through the interface on your first visit
